By signing our digital rental covenant or taking possession of any vehicle from our headquarters garage, you formally acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. These conditions are legally binding under the commercial transit laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and are engineered to guarantee absolute mechanical protection for our fleet and uncompromised physical security for our clients.
We do not operate a casual tourist rental booth; we manage an elite, high-performance mechanical stable. Any violation of these contractual terms will result in immediate termination of the active rental agreement, forfeiture of security deposits, and immediate mechanical recovery of the asset without financial reimbursement. It is your sole responsibility as an operator to review, understand, and strictly adhere to these frameworks before embarking on Northern Thailand highway networks.
Operator Eligibility, Licensing, and Verification Criteria
To secure access to our premium fleet, the designated primary rider must fulfill rigorous legal verification criteria upon vehicle handover. No machine will be dispatched to individuals who fail to meet the following statutory benchmarks:
- Age Thresholds: Operators must be a minimum of 18 years of age for standard scooter classes (125cc – 160cc) and a minimum of 21 years of age for high-capacity adventure tourers (250cc and above).
- Legal Licensing: You must present a valid domestic motorcycle license endorsement from your home country alongside a matching International Driving Permit (IDP) conforming to the 1949 or 1968 conventions, or an authorized ASEAN motorcycle license.
- Identification: A valid international passport must be presented for identity tokenization. Under our strict customer protection charter, we enforce a zero passport retention policy—your physical documentation remains in your custody at all times.
Financial Liabilities, Deposits, and Traffic Infractions

Traffic Penalties and Fines: The operator assumes 100% legal and financial accountability for all traffic infractions, speeding penalties recorded by regional automated cameras, parking violations within the Chiang Mai Municipal sector, and toll compliance fees incurred during the active rental window. Any traffic fines processed by our legal office post-rental will be automatically billed to your recorded payment profile with an added administrative processing ledger fee.
Prohibited Operational Parameters and Terrain Constraints
Our motorbikes are engineered specifically for paved highway cruising and maintained alpine touring routes. To safeguard the structural and suspension integrity of our assets, the following operational activities are strictly prohibited:
1. Off-Road Navigation: Operation of any standard or maxi-scooter on unpaved dirt tracks, remote jungle paths, dry riverbeds, or enduro motocross courses is entirely forbidden. High-capacity adventure models are restricted to designated, gazetted national park routes and public roads.
2. Sub-Letting and Secondary Riders: The vehicle may only be operated by the individual whose name and driving endorsement are explicitly written into the digital rental contract. Sub-letting, loaning, or allowing unauthorized secondary parties to drive the vehicle immediately voids all insurance frameworks.
3. Territorial Boundaries: Unless explicit written cross-border authorization is attached to your itinerary logs, vehicles must not cross regional border checkpoints outside of Northern Thailand, and under no circumstances may they cross international borders into neighboring nations.
Damage Valuation, Accidents, and Mechanical Recovery
In the unfortunate event of a physical accident, mechanical collision, or stationary vehicle drop, the operator must immediately notify our 24/7 technical dispatch office. Do not attempt to source unauthorized mechanical repairs from local roadside shops, as this voids our technical safety certification and will result in a comprehensive component replacement penalty.
All damage evaluations are calculated transparently using the official manufacturer’s (Honda/Yamaha Thailand) authorized parts catalog, ensuring you pay exactly what the genuine spare part costs without markup. The operator remains fully liable for the cost of replacement parts, professional repair labor hours, and a fixed ‘loss of use’ daily operational fee if the vehicle is rendered unrentable for extended periods due to severe structural collision damage.
